Matthew 1:20: But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.When a woman gives birth to an infant, the infant possesses a spirit of his or her own. This spirit of the child is given to him or her by the Holy Spirit. Moreover, this spirit is not entirely possessed by the child but is shared with the Holy Spirit. As the child ages, the child possesses more of his or her spirit, until finally, if the grown-up child wills it, he or she no longer has connection with the Holy Spirit.
If you have lost your connection with the Holy Spirit, you still can regain it while still in this world. All you have to do is to will it to be a child again of the Holy Spirit. True happiness only comes from the Holy Spirit.
